I had a horrible experience with this company. Three major concerns. They broke out hose that they were using (then denied it) they left all the waste and sludge from the drain laying in our flower bed to rot and then charged us an extra $75 because it was overcast and sprinkled mist from the sky. I called the owner about the house and the waste only to be yelled at because it is not their job to clean up the waste, only to clear it. As I tried to explain that we weren't aware of the waste until it began to rot on the side of out house. The owner then became frustrated and curses at me because I said her employee did not complete his job. So now I am left with a popped hose, rotting waste on (literally) my house and in the flower bed, and an owner who won't take responsibility. I will do everything I can to tarnish the name of this compnay for their unprofessional and malicious behavior towards other people. I would never reccomend them and will co tinue to spread this review so that other people do not have this experience.

I heard a hissing sound the other day at night. The next day I found out that there was a pool of water in my kitchen. I shutdown the water to the entire house, so we did not have water at all. I immediately called Mr. Speedy Plyumbing to hebl me out. They were very nice talking to me on the phone and sent out a tech right away. Randy was were courteous and knowledagble. He suspected a fixure in the pipes behind the counter. He quickly removed the counter, and repaired the broken pipe. His services were outstanding. I highly recommend Mr Speedy plumbing.

Thank you Randall, ...Had 14 feet of old 4 inch cast iron pipe that was all cracked, corroded and leaking. Randall came by, looked it over, and gave me a very reasonable rate to repair/replace. He came on time, did all the work on time and then cleaned up and finished the job beautifully. Top professional, very hared working, polite and very conscientious. Best job ever. Rockstar Plumbing is the best. I have used them now 3 times for 3 different issues and they are always on time and professional, treat my issues with a sense of urgency, and give me an honest assessment of my options and pros/cons of each option. All the work is always done at a high level and I haven't had repeat issues after they have addressed the previous issue. I feel completely comfortable with them for any of my plumbing needs and won't be calling anyone else in the future.
