Leonard has been a huge help to us fixing up our new home. He can repair, replace, upgrade anything. He replaced our kitchen sink, installed a bathroom vanity, re-wired our doorbell and added a camera, repaired gates and fences, installed a stove exhaust vent, hung mirrors, added a pet door, patched our roof, fixed broken doors and windows, installed a screen door, and much more. He is hard working, creative, and completely trustworthy.

Our water heater tank died on Thursday, before the long weekend for Veterans Day. The representative dispatched a technician, whom arrived within an hour. He confirmed our suspicions that we needed a new tank; ours was nearly ten years old, and he had the old tank removed and the new one installed fairly quickly.

Two workers for Ford’s Plumbing, Martin and Israel, replaced all the gas pipes under our house—which was built in 1924, and the pipes were rusty, pitted, and leaking gas. It was a very tough job, because there us hardly any space under the house. But they worked diligently at it for about a week, and it has passed inspection. Everything is working well, and we feel much safer. The two workers were informative, helpful, and friendly throughout the job, and it was a pleasure to have them here.

They came to our house today to fix a leaky sink faucet in our kitchen. Quick & professional service at an incredibly reasonable price. Couldn’t ask for more! I would most definitely recommend Micel Plumber to everyone.

Replaced a 50 year old gas ball valve intended to supply a new gas dryer. I tried but couldn’t safely remove it myself. Esteban and Gabriel were very polite, friendly and super knowledgeable. They were so efficient and made it look easy but in reality I was happy to pay for their expertise. Their uniforms and truck were very clean. I am a landlord with multiple properties. Abel and this company will take the time to do it right. They aren’t there to make a quick dollar. They come just to make sure everything is ok. I cancelled an appointment because I was able to figure it out on my own. Abel still showed up to say hey and double check for a larger problem. Didn’t even charge me. This is the type of business worth supporting.

We've had a mysterious odor issue with our downstairs powder room for a long time and, after paying for a variety of plumbing fixes that didn't ultimately work, finally looked up Craig's Plumbing and gave them a call. Craig was really responsive, inspired our confidence in his ability to fix the problem, talked us through doing a little investigation and sending pictures, got out to our house quickly and really uncovered the issue. He identified a completely rotted out vent pipe in the wall and other pipes leading to the drain that needed replacing. Craig's Plumbing got the J.O.B. done in just a couple of days, including breaking through the concrete foundation (and preserving the existing tiles for re-installation!), replacing the offending components, and pouring new concrete. He even texted me later that night to confirm that we couldn't smell anything anymore. Everything looks terrific and there is NO MORE ODOR! He was straight up, no nonsense, and ran a clean job. He was also able to make a recommendation for someone to patch up the drywall and reinstall the tiles. I would absolutely call Craig's Plumbing again for any major issue at our house.

*UPDATE: If you had any questions about Craig's character, let me say that after we had a handyman fix the drywall and reinstall the toilet, the smell returned (although not as strongly). When I called Craig he recommended the brand and model of a new toilet for us to buy and then he drove all the way back out to our house early on a Saturday morning to install it himself for no charge. So grateful for his commitment to solving our problem and happy to say the smell is gone once and for all due to Craig's diligence and follow through! This is someone you can trust.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
