These guys were very quick and efficient with service and delivery. The best part is they DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE CALL. This is unheard of with plumbers , which is the main reason I gave them the job (Sears wanted to charge $90 that would not be credited back for repairs). The pricing was reasonable, as well. The only reason that I didn't give 5 Stars is because the water heater they installed has recieved a lot of bad reviews (cheap product), but it was an emergency fix and I didn't have time to research prior to installation. Live and learn.

The lady from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Los Angeles Inc who handled my call was very nice and offered me two choices of times for the plumber to come out. The work was done wonderfully and the plumber was very helpful.We will hire them in future.

They were able to send someone out to my house quickly, and the plumber who arrived was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it, and he even gave me some advice on how to keep my toilet running smoothly. I was impressed with their service and would use them again.

I felt like I was in good hands for the whole experience. He fixed the problem and left the room clean an tidy. 10/10 this company has some true professionals.

Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. A good and honest business man. He estimated replacement of my water heater, located on the 4th floor of my unit and treated us fairly. The work was done well and I am very satisfied with the work and the price. He also did a few minor repairs at no cost while he was here. Highly recommended.

Todd has no accountability for mishandled repairs. Used their services a while back and thought they did a good job. Unfortunately we discovered that we still had the same issue. We were promised a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, however when we called back Todd and his team said we would be charged $450 just to come take a look at the problem. Their customer service needs much work, they do not honor warranties on work, and there is an overall lack of professionalism with this company. This review is only the first step, complaints with their licensing board will be initiated as well.
