Jake and Fernando had a very difficult job because they had to tell me the work that I had done 5 years ago was so bad that the plumbers that did it should have their licenses revoked. Other than the fact that my rose bush will probably not recover, they did a good job. Only time will tell whether or not they will live up to their life time guaranty but I decided to trust them. I believe they are good guys and deserve your business but DO expect to be surprised at their prices. I'm hoping they were being truthful and fair. If my water bill goes down and I never have to call a plumber again for this section of pipe, I got what I paid for.

After many attempts with other companies with no reasonable resolution regarding a kitchen sink clogged, we decided to contacted Roto Rooter for a estimation and repairs. Well I was impressed how quickly he unclogged all pipes, cleaned everything and more importantly, the cost was rather fair comparing to other previous estimations from other companies. Highly recommended!

The hot water wasn't working in our showers. They not only fixed the problem but also recommended other fixes to ensure our system was working optimally. They were the first plumbing company to come and actually take the time to find the best solution. Two other plumbers had suggested a number of options but never actually addressed the real problem. I very rarely write reviews, but I'm really compelled to do so because of Fraser's excellent service. I called multiple plumbers in my area (Leimert Park) and got voicemails, and the run-around. Finally, I tried Fraser's...and found a real family business where they picked up the phone and made me feel that my business was appreciated. Beyond this, they came out super quickly, and did great work fixing a water heater and getting me ready for an inspection. And the price was reasonable. Thank you!

Don't give them your credit card number to hold an appointment time!! They charged $1200 to my card without my authorization, they did no work and gave me estimates of $4600 for work that was not needed. Found Drains unlimited in Culver City and they fixed the real problem for $110. They are fraudulent

Even though they will still open in the late hours they wanted to charge emergency prices I didn't like that.
