Since the first time I had John complete some work at my house, he is always my go-to plumber. He has repaired a dripping faucet, replaced an entire kitchen faucet, fixed a leak within our closet wall, replaced our electric water heater, and I have even had hime repair a few leaks and issues at a property I manage (perhaps I missed a job, but hopefully this shows how dynamic he is in his work). Needless to say, he is talented in his trade.
As for quality of work, I must say that his work is exceptional - keeps the area clean by covering the flooring, repairs are also done cleanly and precisely. He also recommends repairs or products that he himself would use, or that he can guarantee. His response time is often quite quick as well.
He explains every detail calmly: what the problem is and the best way to go about fixing the issue, how the job will be done, what you can expect - time and quality. Some service providers may try to rush the evaluation, speak quickly to move on, push to confirm a job, or even talk down to my questions, but John is very calm, patient, and just sincere. His best qualities are his politeness and honesty, so please, if you hire him, be polite and honest.
Hopefully, this review is useful, but not too good, because I would not want him to be too busy to help me out in an emergency! :) Thanks for everything John!

Everyone at EL-BO Plumbing is so helpful and easy to work with. Leonard is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I have called on him to repair stucco, fix plumbing issues, replace a fireplace ignitor and have referred him to many clients whom all praise his professionalism and timely response to their issues. Great service. Showed up 30 minutes before schedule arrival time. Had my drain clog cleared up and working in less then an hour. No complaints.

We have used Ford plumbing for years and have always happy with their work. Recently our very old water heater went out. We called and Santi came out. He was terrific! He assessed the situation and knew exactly what we needed. He determined he could replace the old one with the same manufacturer and size. He immediately made sure we were taken care of and the next day we had a new water heater.

The installation went perfectly. Dino and Johnny along with Santi were wonderful. I hardly knew they were there. They were respectable, friendly, professional and did a beautiful job. They even hauled away our old water heater. We now have hot water back and we will definitely be calling Ford Plumbing again if we need their services.

They never answer the phone when I called

We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

Will recommend them without hesitation.

These guys were fantastic. They explained everything they were doing and were friendly and helpful. They were also early by two hours which was surprising as I'm used to waiting all day for handymen to show up. They did the job and it didn't cost us a tremendous amount of money.

My mother had property with three houses on it. We’ve used Kessler for decades. Always upfront and straightforward with their quotes. Honest assessment of when their technicians will get there. Very professional. Now that mom is gone, I will continue using Kessler! They are family to me!

Drainage pipe for kitchen did not have a cap on it when it was built so it leaked when backed up. We found the leak and had to wait a week without our kitchen for them to come and just put a cap on the pipe. They can't put a cap on a pipe as it leaked a few hours after the cap was placed from the cap they placed. Called them back to come fix it but since it was Friday they said they don't work the weekends and they'd come Monday. Even after I insisted they still wouldn't come until Monday. Very disappointed in their service.

I used new flow to unclog my kitchen and did a neat job. Good people.
