Made a phone call, and within 5 minutes I was on the phone with John explaining my water heater problems. He said he'd have a tech over within about 2 hours. 30 minutes later Victor showed up!

Sadly, it's time to say goodbye to the water heater, but the fact that they were professional and honest enough to tell me it wasn't worth the $400-$500 to fix the part on the 13 year old heater was appreciated. (The Sears techs previously came by twice, showed up an hour AFTER the 4 hour appointment window THEY set, and were extremely rude.)

John and Victor are true professionals, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them.

There are Ficus trees in the utility easement so annually we have Sunset West come out to roto the line. It's about 35 steps down to the hill and further down to the base of the retaining wall. They have always communicated well, got the worked completed in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend them.

Leonard of ELBO Plumbing & Home Repair is outstanding. He is always on time, knows how to fix pretty much anything and has become our “go to” professional. As well, he will recommend a required specialist if he is unable to apply his expertise to a specific area i.e., – – installing tile work. I just wanted to comment on how such an amazing job Ninja plumbing did at my house. My toilet and bathtub were clogged up and the water wouldn’t drain. This plumber was very professional! I called and told him what the issue with my toilet was and answered his questions. He told me he wouldn't charge me unless he was able to fix the problem! He came out and fixed my toilet and his services are very reasonable! If I ever need help again I'll definitely call him first!
