it would be 5 stars based on quality of work and quality of the products alone. but i deducted 1 star because of price. not just one, but 3 different friends and colleagues told me that i could've done the same project for half the price. not one, but 3. now, that could be with inferior products and less quality work but that's a huge difference in price. i loved the service and the products so much that i couldn't deduct more than 1 star even if it was overpriced.

Wow are they amazing we had some major sewer line issues and we needed a hydro jetting service and the install and replacement of a bad water heater. These guys came in quick in no time and fixed our issues and we even had them come out to our other house for plumbing issues in Los Angeles and they did not even charge us for it wow thanks Frank for your help

We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

Will recommend them without hesitation.

My sink was having some plumbing problems so I decided to call the professional help. They were quick to arrive and fixed the problem within just an hour. I highly recommend them!

I called after I had another company attempt to fix my shower...the plumber arrived and spent about 15 min diagnosing the problem, he gave me a much betterprice than the first company and quickly got to work.. if you want someone experienced and knows how to make you feel at ease about your plumbing call them, they did a free sewer line inspection with a camera found our main sewer line wad broken and we had to fix issue but the fact they did a main sewerline it was great.

Rafael came on time, friendly, and went to work immediately, installing 2 toilets purchased from Home Depot. He was done in a very short time with both installations-I think around an hour, and the result was replacement of two very olde toilets for ones that work wonderfully, save water, and look beautiful. An expert in installations, surely, and I would trust him with any plumbing job. Scheduling was great (next day), and was more meaningful in that it was done so close to Christmas. During Covid and my mother faced a huge bathroom clog. Mr Speedy came out fully guarded! and fixed the issue at no time. Excellent plumbing service, if you need a plumber who does the job and give you an honest quote , i highly recommend Mr Speedy plumbing West Hollywood. hopefully we wont have any clogs, but if I need any plumbing service to be done by a professional i will call them. stay safe guys!

Quality work and great business ethic.

Called their sister company, answering service wasn't listening to the problem, hung up. Called Ritz, different operator or same girl pretending to be someone different.

Guys came out. Quoted me $195 to replace a part they would have to get from their shop. It was the valve that turned inside a bath faucet. They didn't have the tool to actually take it off. Tried tugging it for a while. Gave up. Fiddled with it until it looked like it stopped leaking. Still charged the $195.

Two weeks later and it's leaking again. Calling roter rooter or some other chain. Should have dipped when I heard it was the sister company of the one I had just hung up on.

Don't use these guys or A&B Plumbing, same company.
