Just a few days after they replaced a kitchen faucet, the entire faucet assembly is loose. They simply didn't tighten it, or didn't tighten it correctly. Ford's Plumbing came out on time and addressed the issue, professionally and direct with the solution. I was not pressured about anything. I had many questions which I felt were answered honestly. I felt comfortable about the service and felt that the technician was knowledgeable and had a good attitude. Many times the technicians are rushed and make questionable decisions. The Ford's technician left after things were taken care of and even explained which part I would need to get in the future. Thank you for being there. ( I had waited over 4 hours for another plumber to come out and they kept giving me delays) The receptionist was friendly and called me back timely after trying to find someone to come out because I need someone now. Jose came for the tankless water heater maintenance with mask on. He showed me how dirty the unit was and explained to me that the frequent error code 12 shown on the panel was due to too much debris clogged up the unit. He helped me clean up the unit and replaced the new cartridge for the filter. I really appreciate his professional work.

We had a few issues that needed to be corrected and our biggest issue/concern was our master shower. The TRM team solved the problem by correcting the valve, water pressure and temperature, and have now given us The Wynn, Las Vegas shower experience we've wanted all along!

Needed a quick fix to resolve a leak. My tech from Pacific Discount Plumbing was very responsive over text and we had a quote and an appointment in the first 30 minutes. He was over the next day and the offending pipe was removed, dried, and replaced within the hour. He is very professional, polite, and answered our questions on future maintenance. I live in downtown Los Angeles in an old house circa 1928. I was very lucky the first 2 years after the purchase until last week when I heard a drip, drip, drip, on my living room ceiling. I searched upstairs but nothing seemed to be wrong. I couldn’t find the source of the drip. So I called a plumber in my area. They were very polite on the phone and made me feel like they knew how to handle the problem. The next day Near and Best Plummer came bright and early. The guy was neat and clean unlike other companies I used in the past. He tracked down the leak in my master bathroom under my sink and in a few minutes the problem was solved.
While Joseph was there, I also asked him if he could snake out the drain in the master bathroom because even though it worked it drained very slowly. In no time it flowed like new. This was a super plumbing company and I’m glad I found them.

Prompt n fair prices for basic plumbing need

I called them to replace a leaky pipe under the bathroom sink.I was told it was something else and I needed them to go on the roof and into the pipe with a camera which meant calling another truck and more money. The guy came @with the camera and a holes claimed there was a blockage but still charged me 350 dollars . Then to look d me to fix the problem it would cost over 1000 dollars. I decided to get another plumber to fix it. I think 350 dollars is a lot to pay for doing nothing. I don't trust them.
