Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess.

I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting.

Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

This company is outstanding. After speaking with Ron (manager) on what was the best heating unit for our home, the Service All Stars Team paid us a visit. With a background in both architecture and construction, needless to say, I have interfaced with many contractor service providers over the years. This company provided a level of customer courtesy, attention to detail and overall performance that I had not experienced in many, many years. Their professional installation of our heating unit was much more than I expected. Outstanding performance and workmanship. Genuine customer care. On time, reliable and reasonably priced. They were very professional, communicative, providing me with various options to solve my issue, and very efficient—they fixed everything that the same day. Their work was top notch and I couldn’t be happier with their service!

5 star service by Justin & his crew! Today Justin himself and Daniel one of his techs saved the day! This review is way past due as this is the 4th I'veused them and every time they have fixed and resolved the issue. Called on Thursday and scheduled for today. Elizabeth their manager is very professional and is on top of their customer service. Originally I called them to snake 2 drains and install a new garbage disposal but after they got there we decided to add a new kitchen faucet & air vent where the water spills out if for some reason it gets backed up. 5 stars hands down! Thx Justin! Way togo! :)

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service provided us by Near and Best Plumbing. Rafael showed up on time, fixed our plugged up kitchen sink and diagnosed a leak coming from our HACV system. Service was fast, clean, efficient and very reasonably priced. We will be using Near and Best Plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs.

During Covid and my mother faced a huge bathroom clog. Mr Speedy came out fully guarded! and fixed the issue at no time. Excellent plumbing service, if you need a plumber who does the job and give you an honest quote , i highly recommend Mr Speedy plumbing West Hollywood. hopefully we wont have any clogs, but if I need any plumbing service to be done by a professional i will call them. stay safe guys!

Victor is amazing. Our AC died on the Sunday of a three-day weekend and in the middle of a heatwave. I called on a Sunday evening and he was able to squeeze us in the very next day. He was fantastic! Efficient, professional, explained the problem and solution in layman’s terms for me, and was very reasonably priced. Plus he followed all Covid safety standards. Highly recommend him and plan to give him a call when it’s time to clean out the AC filters as the weather changes.

I had a tankless water heater installed for instant hot water along with a water softener after paying high dollar amount the project could not pass inspection. After multiple calls to the company and giving the run around I was told someone would call me back and I never received a call , I ended up paying another plumber to complete this project ??I would never use this company again.Steer clear of them

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.
