Christian and Anthony were great. Friendly, got along with our loud and obnoxious dogs, and had all the parts on hand to service our combi unit on the roof. They were knowledgeable and were able to get technical with me when I had specific engineering questions about the repair and upgrade of my compressor motor, including monitoring the current draw before and after repair procedures and showing me the replaced parts. I always appreciate an honest and respectful technician, and these guys were that.

Reliable and honest, does a great job! We were replacing our broken and leaking water heater to a tankless water heater. Jay was very personable and was interested in our business. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

It took me a month to realize the sewer sump pump at the back of my property was not working. Not knowing what lurked underground, I needed help fast.

Edwin came to the rescue.

Other plumbers on Yelp indicated they had knowledge of sump pumps. But Edwin was clearly the most knowledgeable when we first talked. It was well worth waiting until the next day when he was available.

Edwin showed up exactly when he said (rare in a contractor), showed me what the issue was, explained what was required to fix it. He also provided me with options to save some money.

It turned out to be a big job. The original sump pump was improperly installed 2' underground with the access pipes over the lid, making it impossible to open up the pump to see inside. Just to see inside took an hour, digging and cutting away the pipes. The pump was filled with roots.

After discussing my options, Edwin returned the next day with a new sump pump. He recommended installing an alarm to prevent the same problem in the future. At first I opted out on the alarm to save money. But later realized he was right; an alarm would help me maintain the new pump instead of replacing it every few years (a much larger expense).

Edwin is very thorough. He explains how everything works in an easy to understand way. He even sent me photos when I was not on site. And he's clean! I didn't have to clean up after him.

It's assuring to find a contractor as honest, friendly and reliable as Edwin. I've started an Edwin To-Do List. I'll be calling him again and I strongly recommend you do to.

Called Gateway Rooter for a gas leak issue, Nick showed up within an hour, did a full inspection. Found two trouble spots that needed to be addressed, did not charge for the inspection and completed the job needed. Will call Gateway Rooter for any other plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend Gateway Rooter to anyone.

We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink. We have a party starting in few hours in our house and as there was less time we tried to fix it but in vain; then I started to call plumbers in our local area, everyone said they can’t fix it in that less time so they will show up next day.
