Worst customer service. Rude people with attitude. If could give them 0 stars I would. I been calling them to fix the damages they did and receptionist leaves me on hold. DO NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE!

After all the struggles and the rips off I received from other companies I finally found someone who can be honest with me and I can trust with my home. My main line was clogged and I had a different company come out and they were overpriced. Until Micel Plumber crossed my path and I decided to try someone else. The costs for services provided were very fair. BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
