You can't pay enough for honest, hard working and well trained professionals like Jimmy and his crew. Sunset West Plumbing has snaked our drains multiple times, replaced our toilet, sink faucets, stopped bathtub leaks, bathroom remodel, garbage disposal, changed our water heaters, and every time did a phenomenal job! He is on time, reliable, fast and knowledgeable in trouble shooting. He also gives an honest quote.

Scotty came and provided a quote promptly in the appointment time window. I let him know I had taken the day off from work and asked if the work could be completed same day. He consulted with his team at the office and they made it all work out. I also asked Scotty a bunch of plumbing questions and he graciously answered all of them. I called back after he left when I noticed a possible leak and he returned promptly. Turns out we also need to replace some other parts unrelated to his work. We had a pleasant experience with Shawn when our boiler stopped working. He came the next day and fixed the problem but he did say it would only work temporarily and suggested that we purchase another one. Because I was only the tenant I asked that he did not replace it and he tried contacting the landlord but unfortunately had no luck doing so however he did the job and got it working therefore I thank him. As soon as I get a hold of the owner I will have Shawn come back and replace the boiler for me. Thank you, Shawn, you’re awesome.

Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
