I was really appreciative of the proffesionalism that their workers had. They were hard working, prompt, and friendly. They gave us a resaonable price. They made sure that their work was done correctly and were very dog friendly. I would recommend them to any friend or family member with plumbing issues. All in all I'm thankful for their quick work in my emergency. Their sense of urgency was much appreciated.

For quite some time, our basement kept flooding due to a plumbing problem. When I contacted 24 HR Emergency Plumber Los Angeles Inc they promised to solve the issue. True to their word, they saved my day.

Narcisco from Sunset West Plumbing did a great job in fixing our kitchen sink blockage and water leakage. He identified other issues we didn't even know we had, I'm so happy with the service and the efficiency. Narcisco also came in under 30 minutes to my apartment on a Saturday morning. Thank goodness I called Sunset West so I could use my kitchen sink again without worries. Thanks SO MUCH!

I contacted them to replace a leaking main and outdoor water shut off. They scheduled an appointment and had everything replaced in time.

We are experiencing a patio drain probably and called them to come out and check it out. They came out and tried to clean out the drain and gave us an estimate to repair the problem. They were polite and respectful of our property. We would use the company again.

I had a problem with my toilet not flushing properly, and I called Velvet Plumbing Repair for help. They were able to send someone out to my house quickly, and the plumber who arrived was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it, and he even gave me some advice on how to keep my toilet running smoothly. I was impressed with their service and would use them again.

Victor is a complete professional. We originally called him to help fix our clogged sink - but it turned out our original pipes from 1927 were failing. Victor took video and photos along the way and showed us the inside of the pipes with his special camera. Victors was early for every appointment he scheduled with us and we are very happy we found him. After a complete sanitation re-pipe we are very satisfied. You should hire him.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Julio was great! I discovered a leak under my dishwasher that seems to have been leaking for some time now. He came by right away on a Saturday and turned off my water source and recommended what we needed for the future to fix the rest of this mess. I'm definitely going to call him for my next plumbing need.

I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys??

The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing.

Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him.

The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done.

The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too.

Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review. I don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.
