I had a plumbing emergency the day I moved into my new house. I was stressed out and overwhelmed so I decided to call the closest plumbing company with the highest customer reviews. I was not disappointed! Jake was at my house within the hour and completely handled all my concerns for an immediate fix and then sent a 3-man crew out first thing in the morning for the formal repairs. I was very impressed and will certainly use NGP in the future!

Cali-Rooter is my go to for any and all of my plumbing needs. I have used them several times in the past, most recent when our main sewer line backed up and they rushed over within an hour of my call request and cleared the massive roots. They are always prompt and very reliable. In addition, receiving friendly service is very important to me. John is very pleasant and knowledgeable. They came out for a simple drain clog. Said the couldn't clear it and pipes would have to be replaced at estimated cost of $3500. Got a second plumber and they were able to clear it no problem. They refunded the money, that's why 2 stars and not 1. But claimed they don't know why they would have recommended replacing the pipes. Shady!
