When he came out – by the way, he was prompt! - he confirmed my findings that my water heater was bigger than I even needed and also had not been installed properly. He clearly knows what he’s doing and explains everything. He also doesn’t use fear as a sales tactic. He was surprisingly reasonable, and I don’t think he’ll be able to retire on my business! It was a no brainer. He’s my new plumber!
