Was dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for 2 days. By this point I was drained from trying to fix it myself. Finally called someone and it was New Generation Plumbing. So glad I did. They literally sent someone over in 10 minutes! Clog was fixed and they cleaned the drain pipe to prevent from this from happening again.

Everyone was professional, informative and friendly. Fernando was especially helpful with detailed explanation. I also appreciated they offered to wear masks and automatically put on booties in the house.

Front desk women were also very thorough, nice and professional. Prices were fair. Will definitely use this company again!

Craig's is awesome! Showed up right on time, charged a fair price, explained exactly what the problem was and solved it. SO MUCH BETTER THAN ROTO ROOTER, who was a total nightmare to deal with and quoted us like 3x higher. Unreal. Definitely use local guys like Craig's over the big bureaucratic organizations.
