Gregg knew exactly what needed to be done and did it all for a very fair price. I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. On top of being time effective and highly knowledgeable about their trade, these guys were just incredibly kind, respectful and non-intrusive to the building's tenants, I loved their laid-back Jamaican style and trust me, you will too..they have my highest possible recommendation for their outstanding service, fantastic work and best prices - they got the job done right - the first time - and kindly made the work affordable. My water heater had a leak on Friday. The main line from the street to the house needed to be replaced, so I called Green Star Plumbing Company in Los Angeles since they did a great job. Ron kept his word and called ahead of time. Even so, he arrived early. Ron guided me through each option, tank and tankless combined. He was quite forthright and sincere. After considering the information he gave me, I decided to use a 50-gallon tank. They started working right away, and after a few hours, the hot water was back.

I called for help with a few leaking issues in my home. They were flexible and worked with my schedule. Had excellent customer service and reasonable prices. Very happy with the service and will definitely call again if needed in the future.

This plumber was very professional! I called and told him what the issue with my toilet was and answered his questions. He told me he wouldn't charge me unless he was able to fix the problem! He came out and fixed my toilet and his services are very reasonable! If I ever need help again I'll definitely call him first!

Have been using Roy Smith plumbers for over 20 years. As usual, the plumber was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak under my kitchen sink.

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
