Driver very dangerous and rude on the road. Plate # 29957G2 at 6.45pm on 12/17/21 at the intersection of 91 east and 405 north/south. Driver was so busy looking at his phone that was almost causing a collision with my vehicle. He was not aware (he was just doing it on purpose) of the cars around him causing the traffic to stop and don’t allow any cars to pass as it supposed to happen in a conjunction. Even when honking the horn driver was (on purpose) not responding. Video with dash cam and pics are been saved and sent to authorities for follow up. Driver should not be allowed to drive until he understands the rules of the street.

We had a drain backup in my property Tuesday night. I called Express Plumbing & Remodeling that evening and they came out and provide excellent service. I was given a quote and the technician did not leave until he was certain that the issue was resolved. I was grateful for the extra care taken in ensuring the work was completed properly and was impressed with the service provided and I would not hesitate to call them again. I contacted this plumber about a simple valve replacement that I needed urgently. He agreed to come the next morning. But on that morning, he got pulled away to an emergency service call and said he would come later that afternoon. He never came that afternoon, but he apologized & promised he would come the following morning. When the time came, he never showed up, and he did not respond to my texts or phone calls. Basically he ghosted me. Overpromised and underdelivered. I’m very disappointed.

Brendan Lee is now my go-to plumber for literally everything. He and his team are courteous and professional, quick to respond and thorough in their work. Having them on call throughout several kitchen and bathroom remodels, as well as to troubleshoot and diagnose over the phone with any questions other trades had during the process, was invaluable.

Rafael came on time, friendly, and went to work immediately, installing 2 toilets purchased from Home Depot. He was done in a very short time with both installations-I think around an hour, and the result was replacement of two very olde toilets for ones that work wonderfully, save water, and look beautiful. An expert in installations, surely, and I would trust him with any plumbing job. Scheduling was great (next day), and was more meaningful in that it was done so close to Christmas. Edwin showed up when he said he would, quickly fixed my toilettes and gave me a tutorial on how to maintain them more effectively which he didn’t have to do. lastly he checked my tub plug which wasn’t working and fixed it as well. gentle, professional, and respectful. thank you so much Edwin??

Richard and Ramone from Chicago Plumbing helped us out of an emergency sewage system failure and leak. Richard arrived shortly after I called, assessed the situation and immediately got to work. They got us back into operation with a temporary system. Over the next two days, they serviced our ejector system, cleaned the tank, pressure jetted the lines all the way to the street sewer connection. Once cleared, they arranged for an epoxy-fiberglass lining for our line and reconnected the whole system. They were attentive to all details, doing the job as if it was their own home. Before leaving, they tested and adjusted the system twice, sealed up the lid and openings to the tank and swept all the area and steps around the work area. They left it cleaner than it was at their arrival. I highly recommend Richard, Ramone and Chicago Plumbing to anyone needing a professional plumbing job. 5 Stars all the way!
