Best Appliance Repair in Los Angeles CA

I called Tuesday afternoon and was given an appointment for the very next day at 8:00am. At first there was a miss communication with my address but it was quickly resolved. Daniel the service plumber who was dispatched to me arrived on time. He was truly THE BEST OF WHAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN A DISPATCHED SERVICE TECH. We reviewed my plumbing problem together, he explained the best possible solution, gave me a price quote, went directly to work and completed it in a timely fashion then cleaned up behind himself. The price was as he quoted - ( I felt it was a bit pricey ) but he did deliver top quality work and the price was as he quoted- and not a penny more!

I contacted this plumber about a simple valve replacement that I needed urgently. He agreed to come the next morning. But on that morning, he got pulled away to an emergency service call and said he would come later that afternoon. He never came that afternoon, but he apologized & promised he would come the following morning. When the time came, he never showed up, and he did not respond to my texts or phone calls. Basically he ghosted me. Overpromised and underdelivered. I’m very disappointed.

Brendan and Leon led an incredible team. They thoroughly and clearly explained the issues they encountered and worked hard to get my plumbing back on line. I would recommend them to anyone with the highest praise.

Thank goodness I found Ralph when the pipe burst under my kitchen sink. Water was everywhere. I don't know much about plumbing, but somehow he fixed the pipe in about 40 minutes. Called and he came out in three hours. Reasonable price for such responsive service.

My bathroom faucet had a leak. I attempted to fix the problem and I made it worse to the point that I had to turn off the water for the whole house.
I reached out to Local plumbers, and within 20 minutes Julio returned my call knowing what the problem was and resolution. Quoted me with a reasonable low price that I couldn't question, and was at my door step early morning the following day. His work was quick, and clean. Thank you Julio. I have gained my new plumber I can trust.

Edwin Martinez came out to quote an extensive project - adding an outdoor sink with drainage, creating an outdoor spigot for hose and setting up a drip system line. He was very professional, friendly, and worked hard for two days to get the project done. His craftsman ship was excellent. He also noticed two other issues around the water heater and fixed those free of charge as well. He was generous with his time and expertise and could not say enough good things about him and about West Side Plumbing. Will always return here.

Rey professionally installed a Navien tankless water heater and a touchless Delta faucet in my new home. I am very pleased with the quality of his work. Both items were installed carefully and look very clean. His knowledge and experience along with his work ethic is why I would definitely choose Rey for any future plumbing projects. Great service. Richard was hiring one day i saw his hiring ad in craiglist . I gave him a call as I was talking to Richard he told me how people call him for work but never showed up , I told Richard ill stop by to meet him he agree as well.I when to the address provided just to introduce my self and for him to know my background in plumbing.Richard never told me I was going to work on the spot , so to make a good impression i decided to stay and help him with his crew finish a job. I never got compensated for the hrs keep in mind its been almost a year. Whether you try to make business with this guy or work with him be careful do your researched. He try too look nice first but once you get to know him he is unprofessional.Its been over a year and i haven't been compensated for my work thats against California law to not pay their employees.
