We had a pleasant experience with Shawn when our boiler stopped working. He came the next day and fixed the problem but he did say it would only work temporarily and suggested that we purchase another one. Because I was only the tenant I asked that he did not replace it and he tried contacting the landlord but unfortunately had no luck doing so however he did the job and got it working therefore I thank him. As soon as I get a hold of the owner I will have Shawn come back and replace the boiler for me. Thank you, Shawn, you’re awesome.

I called Juan on an emergency situation with plumbing problem of my listing in the high rise building. He quickly re-arranged his schedule and came and helped me. Unfortunately the situation was much bigger than we all thought. Even though he did not get it fixed on the same day, he honestly told me what the problem might be so I could get some other help and eventually got it fixed. From a customer who had no idea where the problem came from but knew it was plumbing related, I called JB plumbing for the first time because they were local, and I got to tell you, they found the problem, gave me different options on how to go about on fixing the problem at a reasonable price. I then called and compared prices just to make sure I got a fair price and I found out I actually had a bargain. For fair, clean, reasonable and timely plumbing I will definitely be calling JB plumbing.

I had a toilet that would run for 30-40 minutes at a time. Another plumber came out and 'fixed' it, except it wasn't fixed. I called Real Plumbers and they came out the same day and fixed it. I plan to continue trying them out for future plumbing issues.

Randall is an excellent plumber who speaks in plain language, checks in every step of the way to make sure you are satisfied. Clearly very experienced, honest and fair with prices. Clean and neat. Wish I could find other contractors like him.

Who doesn't love saving money?? I hate calling anyone for help because usually my husband can do it. But since husband picked up more hours and work, it was unfair if I made him do more work once hes off. I took matters into my own hands and called around to compare price. Our shower wouldn’t drain correctly used everything to a snake to unclog it but nothing was working even to the home remedies. Luckily we were able to get someone out quickly and already love the feeling of a proper drain. Definitely recommend also we were on a budget. Good prices and 5 star service.

RESPONSIVE, HARDWORKING, HONEST AND VERY COMPETENT. My elderly mother's sewage line was was completely stopped up to the point that sewage was leaking outside the house. The first plumber told me this job was too major for him and recommended Liberty Plumbing. I called them at 12:30, Ari answered the phone immediately and said he would be there within 2 hours. Ari and his assistant came 1.5 hours later as promised, assessed this emergency situation and quoted a preliminary cost. There had been no plumbing maintenance for so long that the sewage line was completely blocked with tree roots. They ended up staying for 7 hours straight, until 9:00 p.m., until they had completely cleared the sewage line so that everything in the house worked. They came back the next morning and spent hours cleaning out all of the toxic sewage from under and around the house. It was a pricey job but they did NOT overcharge and worked their butts off. I would use them again in a minute and recommend their services.

I am totally recommending Victor to do repairs on your plumbing needs. He goes far and beyond to fix my sewer issues that were caused by another plumber who tried to scam me. Victor was willing to step in and suggested to me what's necessary or not. He fixed my broken sewer pipe in a matter of hours and did such an excellent job.
