Alex and Erik came to my home. They arrived very promptly after requesting service, and on a weekend. They were extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a mainline backup, and they were able to resolve the problem quickly, and took extra care is placing floor covering to keep my home clean. I will definitely use their service in the future. We had a few issues that needed to be corrected and our biggest issue/concern was our master shower. The TRM team solved the problem by correcting the valve, water pressure and temperature, and have now given us The Wynn, Las Vegas shower experience we've wanted all along!
