He is on-time, communicative and very professional. He is extremely competent with new and antique fixtures and is able to think outside the box with how to connect our European antique plumbing fixtures with American piping. He interfaces super well with our contractor, and we have a great relationship with him and his team.

Drainage pipe for kitchen did not have a cap on it when it was built so it leaked when backed up. We found the leak and had to wait a week without our kitchen for them to come and just put a cap on the pipe. They can't put a cap on a pipe as it leaked a few hours after the cap was placed from the cap they placed. Called them back to come fix it but since it was Friday they said they don't work the weekends and they'd come Monday. Even after I insisted they still wouldn't come until Monday. Very disappointed in their service.

During Covid and my mother faced a huge bathroom clog. Mr Speedy came out fully guarded! and fixed the issue at no time. I thought I needed a new hot water heater because of a leak from the drain valve. I talked to them on the phone for 15 minutes and he suggested i just by a screw cap for the drain outlet to see if that would solve the problem. He could have easily sold me a water heater but instead, for $2.50 he solved my problem. He provided a lot of useful information over the phone, which was appreciated. Thanks guys!

Major League Plumbing came out to.fix water drain pipe approx 4 size round to approx. 18; feet long. Mr. Jose work digging to drain was in Master Bathroom. Took 2 days fix, on second day had cement person, came patch up the hold. Here are some pictures of the job and location in Master Bathroom. Very happy they found the water leaks under tiles and slab Flooring. Thank You Personal and Workers on this project. Called Gateway Rooter for a gas leak issue, Nick showed up within an hour, did a full inspection. Found two trouble spots that needed to be addressed, did not charge for the inspection and completed the job needed. Will call Gateway Rooter for any other plumbing issues in the future. Highly recommend Gateway Rooter to anyone.
