JP Melrose Plumbing is a good company, they did a job for me in the city of Santa Monica, they cut the roots of trees that blocking the water going through to the main line to the city cleaning line. they were on time, the price is fair and gave me one year warranty, The job was done six months ago and I haven't had any problems since then.

Not only that they came on time and where extremely professional but their quote was very reasonable. They found some minor additional electrical repairs that needed to be done and came the next that on the time scheduled to repair it for no additional cost. Excellent service

My kitchen sink was clogged and needed it fixed ASAP. Called A-1 and spoke with Lexie, who was enormously helpful and communicative. She let me know that they’d be able to accommodate me shortly. Sure enough, I received call just 10 minutes later letting me know a technician would be on the way. Bernardo, the technician, arrived within an hour and was a consummate professional. He unclogged the sink within 20 minutes and was polite the entire time. Overall, I was very pleased with the help I got from both Lexie and Bernardo. 11/10, would call again.

Came promptly and did a rooting job that the smell good plumbers wouldn't do. Then, sent a camera along the pipe to pin down the source of the problem, which I don't think the other guy would have done. Charged a fair price, polite, friendly, and conscientious. Would definitely recommend to others.

Jose and his team at The Real Plumbers stand by their name. I called them yesterday about a gas leak after SoCal Gas was routinely checking for leaks on my street - and found gas emissions from our home. They shut our gas off. And left.
Jose was here by 8 AM. Professional. Courteous. Hardworking.

We were having issues with a clogged kitchen sink, having used Golden Plumber before we called and set an appointment for the following day. Jake was there first thing in the morning just as promised he ran everything down with us and had everything done quick and efficiently!

We had a clogged kitchen sink, a major source of inconvenience. Response to our call in the evening was fast and the person who did the job provided quick and very efficient service. He was also very professional in his approach. For example, before job started the plumber clearly explained what he wanted to do and ended off with great tools and tips on how to prevent this issue. Hands down the worst experience with any plumber I've had in decades of working as an estate manager handling private properties. Lots of empty promises, lies, delays, literrally telling you he's on his way when they have no intention of showing up. Leaving jobs unfinished with no care in the world or even a phone call to explain or apologize. I don't understand how he got these reviews unless they're all his friends because he didn't live up to single one of them, or his over the phone promises. Thank god this wasn't a major flood or emergency or our house would be underwater at this point. Highly unprofessional and decieving. I would def look elsewhere if I were you. This is a waste of time.

I won't be-labor this review with the issues we were facing at our home, but suffice it to say that Todd and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They provided an exhaustive analysis of our plumbing system. Not only did they address the issue at hand but uncovered a number of other issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. Moreover, they were extremely transparent and took the time to help us understand what the issues were, what problems would arise, and cost to repair. Given our budget constraints since we had just purchased the house, Todd helped us prioritize what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even worked with us on the cost to repair an item that they correctly felt needed to be addressed immediately.
