I had a horrible experience with this company. Three major concerns. They broke out hose that they were using (then denied it) they left all the waste and sludge from the drain laying in our flower bed to rot and then charged us an extra $75 because it was overcast and sprinkled mist from the sky. I called the owner about the house and the waste only to be yelled at because it is not their job to clean up the waste, only to clear it. As I tried to explain that we weren't aware of the waste until it began to rot on the side of out house. The owner then became frustrated and curses at me because I said her employee did not complete his job. So now I am left with a popped hose, rotting waste on (literally) my house and in the flower bed, and an owner who won't take responsibility. I will do everything I can to tarnish the name of this compnay for their unprofessional and malicious behavior towards other people. I would never reccomend them and will co tinue to spread this review so that other people do not have this experience.

I have used them previously to repair toilet flange, and now I faced a clogged drain. Called them, they sent Jose to fix my drain issue. he was quick. I also had a leaky garbage disposal which they recommended installing a new one, i will give them a call very soon, thank you.

They did an excellent job on repairing a piece of pipe that was about 65 years old replacing and leaving the bathtub draining as if it were brand new The technicians were professional courteous cleaned up after their work will use them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work

Came promptly and did a rooting job that the smell good plumbers wouldn't do. Then, sent a camera along the pipe to pin down the source of the problem, which I don't think the other guy would have done. Charged a fair price, polite, friendly, and conscientious. Would definitely recommend to others.

I had a toilet that would run for 30-40 minutes at a time. Another plumber came out and 'fixed' it, except it wasn't fixed. I called Real Plumbers and they came out the same day and fixed it. I plan to continue trying them out for future plumbing issues.

Thank you Randall, ...Had 14 feet of old 4 inch cast iron pipe that was all cracked, corroded and leaking. Randall came by, looked it over, and gave me a very reasonable rate to repair/replace. He came on time, did all the work on time and then cleaned up and finished the job beautifully. Top professional, very hared working, polite and very conscientious. Best job ever. After trying to get some electric work completed with a handyman, and experiencing delays, incomplete work, and errors in the hookup, I contacted Golden plumbing to complete a main box hookup and get an estimate on completing the rest of the work. they came out a day earlier than scheduled (which worked nicely for me) and finished one line as requested which passed the county inspection. they also pointed out some problems that needed correction and had some ideas to help boost the power to my garage. they was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I received a fair quote for several options by the next day. I have to say, so far it's been good working with Golden this project is done and knowing it was done well. His work to repair a sink drain leak, aslow moving & clogged bathroom sink, replacement of a tub shower diverted valve and a chattering faucet in the laundry room. We had a clogged kitchen sink, a major source of inconvenience. Response to our call in the evening was fast and the person who did the job provided quick and very efficient service. He was also very professional in his approach. For example, before job started the plumber clearly explained what he wanted to do and ended off with great tools and tips on how to prevent this issue. The lack of help I received was unreal. Every question I had in getting help was nothing but I need everything new and spend thousands of dollars instead of him even looking or trying. I called another company and the man was such of good help. I will never call this company again. The crazy thing is the money wasn’t the problem. It was the lack of help and information he was giving. Good service is so hard to come by these days. Smh
