Juan and his team were everything and more that you hope for when you are doing a complicated infrastructure remodel. We hired them to re-do all of our pipes to the 50 year copper ones. In addition, they took on other tasks happily, and were incredibly reliable and on time every day. We are working with several other trades, and they are the only ones who were never late or no-shows. They finished exactly on schedule, despite some unexpected challenges that come with a house first built in 1910.

Johnathon Rosales did a circuit panel tune-up and breaker replacement (this means pulling out all the wires and careful labeling to keep them straight) in a very professional and careful way. He also replaced a defective receptacle. He made careful measurements along the way and everything worked right the when all the breakers were reset. I would recommend his work to anyone.

I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake!

I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I’m very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable.

The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under an hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don’t use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.

Randall replaced our water shut off and pressure relief valves for less than half of what other plumbers wanted. He showed up promptly, even in the rain, and completed the work as specified. Highly recommended.

After trying to get some electric work completed with a handyman, and experiencing delays, incomplete work, and errors in the hookup, I contacted Golden plumbing to complete a main box hookup and get an estimate on completing the rest of the work. they came out a day earlier than scheduled (which worked nicely for me) and finished one line as requested which passed the county inspection. they also pointed out some problems that needed correction and had some ideas to help boost the power to my garage. they was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I received a fair quote for several options by the next day. I have to say, so far it's been good working with Golden this project is done and knowing it was done well. Thank you for all the great effort you put in the project! 5 stars.

Called for Plumbing and Rooter services at 1 am today, they came out at 1:30am. Firstly that's real 24/7 customer service. Sarki (sorry if I messed the name up) really came through for us tonight. We had a hot water issue and he fixed it up in no time. Super friendly and knowledgeable guys that explained the process and did the job right. I will definitely be calling them soon for any future issues. They explained that our plumbing issues in our restaurant here in Los Angeles needed some work done with a new toilet and a possible new water heater and even looked at our leaky sink. Thanks guys.
