After all the struggles and the rips off I received from other companies I finally found someone who can be honest with me and I can trust with my home. My main line was clogged and I had a different company come out and they were overpriced. Until Micel Plumber crossed my path and I decided to try someone else. Well, let me just say they are awesome and affordable!!! From now on I will for sure continue to use them and trust their honest work, thank you Shawn and his partner for their big help.

JP Melrose Plumbing is a good company, they did a job for me in the city of Santa Monica, they cut the roots of trees that blocking the water going through to the main line to the city cleaning line. they were on time, the price is fair and gave me one year warranty, The job was done six months ago and I haven't had any problems since then.

Highly recommend Miguel and the New Pro team. He was very responsive and agreed to come within two hours that evening to help us address the issue with our garden spigot. Our shower wouldn’t drain correctly used everything to a snake to unclog it but nothing was working even to the home remedies. Luckily we were able to get someone out quickly and already love the feeling of a proper drain. Definitely recommend also we were on a budget. Good prices and 5 star service.

Sorry, but after repeated calls, I got no response regarding making plans to have a new water heater installed. They installed our last one and were great, and wanted to offer them repeat business, not in an emergency, but still somewhat urgently. During COVID, plumbing services are still essential services and are allowed to conduct regular business. To not even return phone calls for days or not at all is just not the responsiveness I expect from a business where I'm trying to give them repeat business worth hundreds of dollars. The inconvenience of having to find a reliable, trusted alternative is annoying, when this would have been a win-win situation. If they have that much business that they can ignore new business from returning customers, good for them, but to ignore our new offer is not OK; I'm not going to beg to be their repeat customer. You pay a vendor not only for the charges of the work done, but also by giving them the opportunity to do the work in the first place, and being ignored is cavalier and inappropriate.
