Well to be fair we never had them come out! I was referred by a Facebook group when I asked for a good plumber. Our plumber of 25 years retired and moved out of state. I called and left a message for The Drain Co to call back. A woman called back with such rudeness and really didn't want or care about our business! On top basically they charge $85.00 to come out for an estimate even if you don't like their price you pay. I'm self employed and I always give a free estimate/consultation because I know I'm good and my prices are decent! Anyway I gave 1 star because the lady on the phone did not give a damn about new business or getting business! My suggestion would be put someone who cares on the phone! Lost a customer before even truly getting one! Also I shared my experience on fb. The first person who answers the phone at a business is a key player of a solid business! Thanks but no thanks!

Water Heater Service, Melvin, did an incredible job trouble shooting the problem and getting the manufacturer to cover the warranty, family really had a hard time and Melvin went out of his way to save them money and fix the problem, great job.

From a customer who had no idea where the problem came from but knew it was plumbing related, I called JB plumbing for the first time because they were local, and I got to tell you, they found the problem, gave me different options on how to go about on fixing the problem at a reasonable price. I then called and compared prices just to make sure I got a fair price and I found out I actually had a bargain. Jose and his team at The Real Plumbers stand by their name. I called them yesterday about a gas leak after SoCal Gas was routinely checking for leaks on my street - and found gas emissions from our home. They shut our gas off. And left.
Jose was here by 8 AM. Professional. Courteous. Hardworking.

Can't say enough good things about Randy. He's been our plumber for six years and I feel lucky we found him. He's reliable, experienced and extremely knowledgeable. When we moved in we had him repipe our entire house and it was worth every penny (our hundred year old house now has killer water pressure!) Every job he has done for us has been done right and is never a problem again. He's the opposite of a fly-by-night guy--he's an old school tradesman who is extremely honest, reasonable with prices and nice to boot!

Who doesn't love saving money?? I hate calling anyone for help because usually my husband can do it. But since husband picked up more hours and work, it was unfair if I made him do more work once hes off. I took matters into my own hands and called around to compare price. Wow are they amazing we had some major sewer line issues and we needed a hydro jetting service and the install and replacement of a bad water heater. We had a clogged kitchen sink, a major source of inconvenience. Response to our call in the evening was fast and the person who did the job provided quick and very efficient service. He was also very professional in his approach. For example, before job started the plumber clearly explained what he wanted to do and ended off with great tools and tips on how to prevent this issue. I contacted this plumber about a simple valve replacement that I needed urgently. He agreed to come the next morning. But on that morning, he got pulled away to an emergency service call and said he would come later that afternoon. He never came that afternoon, but he apologized & promised he would come the following morning. When the time came, he never showed up, and he did not respond to my texts or phone calls. Basically he ghosted me. Overpromised and underdelivered. I’m very disappointed.
