Freddy and Alex were excellent. Great communication, smart, on top of it. I was so happy with their work. I needed an outdoor leak fixed quickly and Freddy figured out the problem day of and then fixed it the next morning. Top notch.

My 27 year old a/c unit died and needed replacing. I had a few people out to give me an estimate. David from JW Heating spent the time to explain what would be the best options for my home. A two-day job with a short 3 hour follow up and the system works as advertised. Ismael and the installation crew did a fine job and kept disruptions to a minimum. The attic is no longer cluttered, it is now tidy and efficient.

I am from Houston,Tx visiting for the holidays. The plumbing decided to have a mind of its own and not in a good way. I called a few plumbers, however, Mr. Fraser was willing to come right over. I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars. I had requested bids from several air conditioning services to clean 3 air conditioners. I got various prices and recommendations on what needed to be done. The last response was from from David M from Keep Cool. He told me that air conditioners should not be cleaned in the home, but outside, and quoted a very fair price. He also advised that my ACs don't need to be professionally cleaned unless they are not functioning properly. Knowing that I already vacuum the vents, he even recommended a $7 spray I could buy to clean the small vents. WOW! I was so impressed with David's honesty and professionalism. I definitely put Keep Cool in my contact list for when I do need AC service.

I called after I had another company attempt to fix my shower...the plumber arrived and spent about 15 min diagnosing the problem, he gave me a much betterprice than the first company and quickly got to work.. if you want someone experienced and knows how to make you feel at ease about your plumbing call them, they did a free sewer line inspection with a camera found our main sewer line wad broken and we had to fix issue but the fact they did a main sewerline it was great.

Rafael came on time, friendly, and went to work immediately, installing 2 toilets purchased from Home Depot. He was done in a very short time with both installations-I think around an hour, and the result was replacement of two very olde toilets for ones that work wonderfully, save water, and look beautiful. An expert in installations, surely, and I would trust him with any plumbing job. Scheduling was great (next day), and was more meaningful in that it was done so close to Christmas. Good old fashioned speedy and competent service. When you have a plumbing issue you want it solved, fast. I called several companies before I found Mr. Speedy. Mr. Speedy was the only company which didn’t give me the run around. They just took care of it. And the plumber who did the work was friendly and tidy.

No joke I had 10 different plumbers come to my house and kept saying the same thing!! I needed a new cartridge and they were all wrong! Jose came by and diagnosed the problem by calling the manufacturer and realizing the original plumber installed it incorrectly and let me know how to go about getting it fixed! Carlos and Andres came and fixed the problem fast and cleaned up afterwards! These guys are the best in the business and they even cleaned up afterwards! Love you guys
