Feels like they took advantage, that it was an emergency that we had a burst pipe. The price was way too high. I would have loved to give them more stars and a better rating. But charging almost $900 for less than an hour's worth of work replacing a small piece of copper pipe, and it wasn't even outside of normal business hours.
They did send someone out quick, he did good work and was friendly and professional, but the price makes me never wanting to use them again and want to caution others to look elsewhere.

I was able to hire this company to handle the kitchen faucet repair service yesterday, and luckily, they were able to do so without any delays. I am grateful for the service they provided because it was absolutely fantastic and enjoyable. This company and its plumbers will, without a doubt, be highly recommended to everyone!

This is an unethical business. AVOID at all costs. I called them out to unclog a backed up riser/mainline at my home. They came out and informed me the service would cost $250. For some reason they did not attempt to rooter the clog from inside the house but instead decided the only option was the toilet vent on the roof of the house. The plumber tried that for a bit and then gave up (his mistake for making it way harder on himself by not starting inside the house). He then proceeded to attempt to upsell me on what he deemed to be the next necessary step, $700 for hydro jetting the main line. This was the point at which I told him I wanted to seek a 2nd opinion. He proceeded to collect his tools and then told me he needs to collect a $170 fee for the unclogging attempt (which was not disclosed at the onset of service). So, I was left with a clog and a $170 bill!

I then called Ready Fast Rooter, who arrived in a timely manner, explained all my options and what the fees are (doesn't charge if he cannot unclog the drain). He decided to start by rootering the shower drain and had the clog removed within 15 minutes. He felt there still might be some obstruction, so he rammed whatever remained with 5 gallon buckets of water directly down the drain. You could tell he approaches each job as if it's his own home. For all that I only paid $75 and he warrantied the work for 30 days.

In summary, AVOID A-QUICK ROOTER & PLUMBING OC.

I can't say enough about Castaneda's Plumbing! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were the first ones to respond when I started a search for a big plumbing job. And I'm glad I didn't look any further. I knew I needed about 40ft of pipe to be repaired from what previous plumbers told me, but I was scared to dig up my home. Initially I contacted this company to see if I could get trenchless repair. They gave me a full inspection, saw that I couldn't have trenchless work done, BUT they gave me all options trying to help me out. These guys are honest!! Their work is solid, they work fast, and they are clean! I couldn't believe how clean they left the workspace everyday. all the workers are polite and kind. And Their pricing is very fair. The owner Jose is responsive to calls and will give you his best and honest recommendation. Joel who managed the big job at my home is excellent--very thorough in his work and always explained everything. What I thought would be a nightmare to dig up my floors, ended up being way better than expected. Thank you Jose and Joel! You guys are the only plumbers I will ever call now. Don't look any further, these are your guys!!

WOW! It's nice to have a company still value customers. I reached to Golden State Water Heaters because my water heater went out. I called the number posted and Wade answered immediately! He said he could stop by the following day, and he was on time, which was nice. I ended up having my old water heater in the garage taken out and having a new tankless water heater installed outside. At first I was worried there would be a lot of work needed to be done, but Wade made the install seem so easy and hassle free. I went from having no hot water one day, to having endless hot water the following day!

Quick and courteous response by Nick to my phone call Saturday night. Brandon arrived w/in the hour like he said fixed the drains and made sure everything was OK before leaving.

These guys are great and super efficient! They came out and fixed a leak under my house. They're open late, so I was able to get some good advice over the phone when I found the leak, then they were out the next morning to take care of it. Great customer service!

I obtained 5 estimates to re pipe a one bedroom apartment unit at
a building I own in La Verne. The bid I received was the best by far.
The job was done in one day and the walls were repaired the second
day. They actually did a few things I had not asked for and did not charge
me extra. I am totally pleased with the work and the price. I would suggest to at least get a bid from these people before using someone
else. The other bids I received were ridiculous. I believe this company
is quite honest and they do good work.

Good experience. House built in the 50’s with old pipes and over the years accumulated sludge and other nasty items. A clean out valve was not available and the only way to fix it was to dig up the pipes and build one in which Ernesto and his crew did in under 4 hours, in the rain, without any additional charges. Ernesto is bringing the gentleman game into plumbing. I highly recommend them.

Was having a terrible time getting someone out to change an oven gas valve and trouble shoot my wall furnace. Mr. Frank had no problem doing the work, worked with my schedule, and was there at the appointed time. He was able to get my problems repaired, is very knowledgeable, and charged a fair price.

Mr. Frank was also friendly, polite, and willing to educate me on some of the problems and processes. I recommend his company.

I am Very paticular with any services I get.(to say the least)
Starting with the phone call, Will was very professional and the service followed suit. They showed up on time , kind and had great manners. To top it off, they unglogged my main line and left the place cleaner than it was. I will for sure be calling SoCal Sewer & Water for any & all my plumbing needs in the future!
