Upon entering the house, he even put on boot covers to not track in any of the dirt / mud that may be on the boot from a rain that day. And the quality of work that he performed in my bathroom and water pipe in front of my house was 100%.he took before/after pictures annd showed me what the problem was and what did to fix it, And he also clean after himself. I have the most respect for Franklin in particular for his honesty! Franklin provided me with an estimate for an extension of a closet in my house. I approved the estimate and sent the deposit. The next day, we had a situation that was going to prevent us to execute the job. I contacted Franklin via text to explain and ask for a refund. He called me to let me know that he was out of the office but that he will process the refund in the afternoon, and he did. There are very few companies like this and trust that he will execute your projects so give them a try!
