Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

Was looking for a new plumber to fix our leaking shower faucet and toilets since our old plumber no longer worked anymore. Found this company online and decided to give it a try and they did a great job fixing the problem! Was very polite and helpful, I reccomend calling for Sal/Salvador (not to be confused with the owner), if you have any plumbing problems! He is the one who fixed our bathroom and everything works great now.

Rene Encinas was great. He arrived EARLY! and did a great job diagnosing our problem and suggesting the best and least expensive fix. We will definitely call on him again.

I had their tech come out to identify a problem with my tankless water heater. It involved more than they anticipated since it would require disassembly of the unit so I was referred to a tankless specialist by them. I appreciate their honesty and service call of which there was no charge. I would use them in the future for other plumbing needs.

Alex Perez was on scheduled time, friendly, polite and kind. Respectful when entering my home. And the quality of work that he performed in my bathroom and water pipe in front of my house was 100%.he took before/after pictures annd showed me what the problem was and what did to fix it, And he also clean after himself. Whenever you call these guys they're there faster than you can even say their name! they are seriously so great! I literally would not recommend anyone else! my grandparents had a horrible clog in their toilets, they were there instantly! and the prices of their warranties are seriously the best i've known! if you have any problems i would recommend neighborhood plumbing in a heart beat. For fast, efficient service, they're the best! they treat you like family.

Came out on short notice and did great work clearing out roots from our main line. Showed us visually what the problem was and fixed it for a very reasonable rate. Will be using again.
