Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

we had 4 different plumbers come out to quote us for a slab leak and concrete patch. after reviewing all of them, we chose to go with hire me plumbing and so glad we did. they werent the cheapest (the lowest quote was from a guy that ghosted us after we asked for his state license #), but they were by far the most knowledgeable. unlike the other guys that came out, they didnt try to upsell us on anything. the actual service itself was quick, the bill was exactly as quoted, and the concrete patch work they did was perfect. plumbers have a bad rap, but these guys are awesome and i would recommend them for anyone looking for a plumber in the long beach area.

They provide a great service to the people that rent to me. Used them 4 times. They're always quick. I thought a flashlight came up missing one time assuming it was accidentally taken with their equipment. To which the boss was willing to get me a new one. That's incredible customer service reconciliation even tho I turned down the offer. My wife found the flashlight later so I'm a dork. All in all great people.

Our pot filler had a busted interior pipe, Plumbing Squad was able to come in and not only clean up the mess but fix the pipes quickly and efficiently. I recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Repipe: Good materials, professional quality work, quickly completed and all by a subcontracted team of great guys who were experience and worked together to get the job done. That’s everything I’d have expected for the price paid.
5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!

Adan was absolutely dedicated in findIng a solution to our clogged shower drain. He went above and beyond working his magic all the time with complete professionalism, determination and a desire to make it right! He gave me every option for our 64 year old cast iron pipes. I was a manager in the customer service field for 30 years and without a doubt I would hire Adan. Beach Plumbing you have a stellar employee in this fine young man!!

Alex Perez was on scheduled time, friendly, polite and kind. Respectful when entering my home. And the quality of work that he performed in my bathroom and water pipe in front of my house was 100%.he took before/after pictures annd showed me what the problem was and what did to fix it, And he also clean after himself. Had to have my kitchen sink rebuilt and new faucets added. Called Neighborhood Plumbing and they took care of the whole thing. Very professional repair and reasonable price too! Highly recommend!
