Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

Christian was awesome. The honest company I've ever used I had another guy quote me 1,400$ Christian and his helper did it for 125$ he was on time patient enough to explain what was wrong and got in and out with no problems at all. 👍👍👍

I called Vmax Plumbing to find and fix a leak in ceiling of my roommates room. In no time at all, the problem (a leaky sink) was found and fixed. Service was fast, efficient and FRIENDLY! Ernesto walked me through every bit of the process - which kept me super calm. This emergency, which could've taken a day or two to address with any other plumbing company, was taken care within such short period of time. Customer service was great..they came out and gave us a quote. It was a bit high so didnt get the work done though them, but from our interaction their customer service dept and the technician, it was a good experience.

Repipe: Good materials, professional quality work, quickly completed and all by a subcontracted team of great guys who were experience and worked together to get the job done. That’s everything I’d have expected for the price paid.
5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!
