Quality of work was great, but plumber did not new bathtub spout and spent 40 minutes buying a new one to replace bad one. That is the reason for 4 stars.

Based on the level of service I just received from Allan Frank Co., the least I can do is post about it with a quality recommendation. A plumbing problem was discovered in our 4-plex after 3p and they responded to it within an hour; all diagnosed (main line clog, bad line cap) and dealt with in an hour.
