Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

And the quality of work that he performed in my bathroom and water pipe in front of my house was 100%.he took before/after pictures annd showed me what the problem was and what did to fix it, And he also clean after himself. What a great experience! After two other plumbers failed miserably, Erick and Ron both came to the rescue. Benjamin Franklin did right by hiring those guys. I had two major issues, with one of them being a leak at two different places on the same line. They came up with a solution, made the fix, and save me money. Nice people. came and lined my pipes with epoxy. Took 2 days. So far so good. No complaints.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Didn't do work according to code so when the city arrived to do additional work they couldn't. Wasted almost 1000 dollars to have someone else come in and do it right. When we called to inquire about it, Nick said I will talk to my supervisor and call you back. Never called back and now won't return any messages. We've left at least 3 requesting someone call us back. If you want good plumbing, I suggest you look elsewhere.
