If you need plumbing work, call Jose. He replaced the leaking copper lines with PEX and did a great job. I have not had a problem with the new lines. I called him back to repair a toilet that was loose. He again did a great job. I am glad I found him. I will call him for all of my plumbing jobs.

The technician came earlier than I expected which was great considering I was given a time frame of 11-3. The tech arrived at 11:00 and unclogged my kitchen sink in less than 30 minutes.

They were so helpful, last minute. In this climate a plumber who is unavailable last minute is a blubber in demand (meaning good work) but I they accommodated me since it was a borderline emergency. They were reasonable in price and worked hard

Dial One did an excellent job. First impression was when they answered the phone, very courteous, pleasant and listened to the problem we had with our heater. Was out that afternoon, to service heater, service tech needed a part, and returned the next day, as promised with part and fixed the heater. This was the first time we used Dial One and we will definitely use them again with with any plumbing, heating or air conditioner problems. We had a severely clogged shower and needed someone out same day. We called and Thomas as there in a matter of a few hours. Assessed the issue, snaked the drain and cleaned out our sink traps for extra measure. He was friendly and speedy! Definitely will use again!
