Had him come by to snake a few drains at my house in Long Beach. Roto Rooter quoted me more than 3x what Jacob ended up charging. He was in, got the work done quickly, gave a few pointers about some changes we made to the plumbing, and got out of there swiftly. Easy service and a quick turnaround. I was very pleased to have Jacob do the plumbing work for me.

I could tell that my main line was starting to show signs of getting backed up. I searched online at an LUCKILY came across PDS. I called around 10:30 pm on Wednesday and Daniel answered. I set an appointment for the following day for him to come hydro jet my main line. The price was amazing - too good to be true.

Now I've dealt with many other plumbing companies over the years, and nearly all of them bait and switch - cheap price quote on the phone, but when arrive price is 5x more. You're desperate so you agree to pay the higher price, and curse the fact that you chose the wrong plumber.

Needless to say, I dislike having to call out a plumber, especially the larger outfits (Rescue Rooter, Roto- Rooter, Mike Diamond, Aydee Do), which I've tried over the years. They all screw you!

PDS showed up on time, had state of the art, clean equipment, and immediately I'm thinking to myself, now comes the price change. NOT! he charged exactly what he quoted over the phone. Didn't try to up-sell me at all, educated me on some things I didn't know. He performed the service, I paid him, and he was on his way.

SERIOUSLY! do not even bother calling anyone else. Call PDS! You won't be disappointed in the least. I WON'T EVER call any other company, and i'm going to give his card to everyone I know.

Quick and courteous response by Nick to my phone call Saturday night. Brandon arrived w/in the hour like he said fixed the drains and made sure everything was OK before leaving.

Complete scam of a business. Paid to have a toy removed, plumber never removed it but got the toilet to flush, now 9months later the toy is once again completely clogging the drain and they are charging much more money to actually remove it this time. When I complained they made up a story about a second toy and called the plumber at my house to tell him to tell my wife and landlord that it was a 2nd toy aswell. They also left my restroom a complete mess and didnt clean a single thing after. Will never use or recommend this garbage company to anyone

This has been my Go To company for over 20 years. No other team I've ever had do work on our home has had the same levels of accommodation, accountability, capability, competency and all around excellence. Even when they have to refer you to someone else; that person also does excellent work.

I had a a series of things done at my home from SoCal Sewer & Water. Had a pretty nasty sewage leak, a gas leak and tankless water heater install. The team came out assessed the job and began work promptly. The communication was great and quality was top notch. I opted for a gas repipe this go around and will be calling them back for my next job (water repipe).
