Elliot is very professional/detailed oriented and did a excellent job replacing pipes under a kitchen sink. He has highly skills to fix difficult problem not some plumbers don't want to handle. It was very helpful that he checked all pipes if they were in good condition to prevent from future leaking. He explained me how disposal pipes installed incorrectly unlike previous plumber from different company didn't tell me.

I am very happy to have such quality service. Now I know where to call when I have plumbing problems in the future. Thank you so much!!

Long Beach Plumber is by far the best plumbing company I have used ever. They were affordable, fast, on time, and wore those little things around their feet when they entered the house. If I ever need a plumber again I will be using them without a doubt.

I had a real plumbing emergency. I called Royal Plumber Signal Hill and they were able to send someone right away. The plumber was able to handle the problem with no issues on my end. They were reasonably priced, completed the service in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards!

I can't say enough about Castaneda's Plumbing! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were the first ones to respond when I started a search for a big plumbing job. And I'm glad I didn't look any further. I knew I needed about 40ft of pipe to be repaired from what previous plumbers told me, but I was scared to dig up my home. Initially I contacted this company to see if I could get trenchless repair. They gave me a full inspection, saw that I couldn't have trenchless work done, BUT they gave me all options trying to help me out. These guys are honest!! Their work is solid, they work fast, and they are clean! I couldn't believe how clean they left the workspace everyday. all the workers are polite and kind. And Their pricing is very fair. The owner Jose is responsive to calls and will give you his best and honest recommendation. Joel who managed the big job at my home is excellent--very thorough in his work and always explained everything. What I thought would be a nightmare to dig up my floors, ended up being way better than expected. Thank you Jose and Joel! You guys are the only plumbers I will ever call now. Don't look any further, these are your guys!!

They recently completed a project at our residence, and the outcome is exceptional. Their team demonstrated remarkable service and professionalism as they installed PEX B pipes, effectively replacing our outdated ones. We are incredibly satisfied with their work.

Miguel and his crew did a fantastic job repiping all of our water supply pipes with Uponor pex (2.5 bathroom + kitchen/laundry), replacing our hose bibs & a shower head, as well as repairing the damaged drywall / stucco. Even our city inspector admired their plumbing work. I highly recommend them.

One month ago I had my biggest nightmare so far as a home owner - the ghostly sound of water moving through the pipes with no faucets open. Through experimentation I isolated the leak to a hot water pipe. The worst news came from a leak finder service -the leak was in the concrete slab. All options were bad - reroute one pipe through several rooms/outside, break open the floor and jackhammer the foundation, or reroute all of our pipes. Our house is only 30 years old and has all copper pipes but, given there had been a previous leak in our home as well as our neighbor's identical home, we decided to go with a whole home repiping.

I got 5 quotes for repiping and I chose Miguel because:
- High attention to detail, such as finding pipe routes / other small details that would minimize home damage and determining supplies and methods used (pipes, pipe sizing, connectors, hose bibs) that would set us up well for the long term. He backs this up with a lifetime workmanship guarantee.
- Easiest to communicate with.
- Could get it done sooner (~1 week after contract signing) than other crews.
- Has his own skilled crew of licensed plumbers, doesn't subcontract.

IMO, when you're doing major house surgery, you have to trust the person you're working with as you just can't be on top of 100% of what's happening. Miguel wasn't the cheapest quote, but there were good reasons for that and he worked with me on the price.

For the job itself, Miguel was there every day. It took 2 days (day 1 repiping, day 2 drywall) as well as a couple of small visits for permits. Both crews were able to accommodate my small requests as they came up day of around plumbing and patching. The pictures below show the care Miguel & team took with my home (see the ET-like covering of everything with plastic), the quality supplies they used, as well as the excellence of the finished job both in plumbing and drywall. The city inspector was pleased with the work and signed off immediately.

All of my water fixtures are now working perfectly and the drywall is an exact match for the texture of the existing walls. Now just to get some paint and finish up! I am so happy this nightmare has come to an end.

I will not use their services in the future nor do I recommend them to others.

I called Sal's yesterday to request that my storm drain be hydrojetted again. They offered to do the work the following day (today) however, they quoted a 50% higher fee than last time which was actually less than 2 years ago (3/9/2020). Given that this is a repeat job and is ridiculously easy I was disappointed that the service cost had risen by 50% to $750.

They arrived on time at 12 noon and had the proper equipment however, when I was discussing cleaning 2 very short (<25 ft) drain runs in the back, Nick the supervisor quoted me $1200 for the job!! An additional $450 above the already 50% higher charge for the main storm drain cleaning. His attitude was poor at best - telling me You can get other quotes knowing full well that his quote was ridiculous and capricious. I told him that I would skip cleaning the 2 additional short runs and then he told me that he was no longer interested in doing any work!! I said that I was willing to pay the $750 for the main drains as quoted by the office and after a moment he reconsidered and decided to do the primary job for which I had requested service.

After they filled the hydrojet water tank from my hose (which took 20 minutes) they proceeded to the alley to clean the main storm drains. Nick divided his attention from watching the World Cup soccer matches on his phone, running the hydroket machine and directing his 2 helpers.

The machine ran out of water before the 2nd storm drain had been completely cleaned and Nick declared that it was good enough. The time was about 1:10 pm - 70 minutes after they arrived.

He returned to my house, ran water from my hose down one drain and confirmed that water was running out of the storm drain with one of his helpers. The drains were never fully clogged - so hose water ran through without trouble before the cleaning and proved little after the cleaning.

He then presented the bill and I paid it.

That was $750 for exactly 40 minutes of actual work which translates to a rate of $1125/hr!! I understand inflation but this was usury and inconsiderate given the simplicity of the job that he had performed less than 2 years ago.

To say that I was disappointed would be an understatement. I called his company again for repeat business given the good experience I had with Nick for the last cleaning. Now, I felt disrespected and abused. Today, I had little choice but to allow him to perform the service when they arrived since it had already been scheduled and it was due to rain tomorrow. I had not expected to be made to feel like I was bothering him and interrupting his ability to watch the world cup.

On my review for their service on 3/9/2020 I rated Sal's 5 stars and applauded their professionalism and service. Nick did the previous job but today he was gruff and it was not the same effort or professionalism that I experienced the first time and I was left to feel taken advantage of and abused.

I will not call them again for service nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

Called because i needed some plumbing work and i was asking a question and got hung up on that's ok the drain guy got the job.

Quick and courteous response by Nick to my phone call Saturday night. Brandon arrived w/in the hour like he said fixed the drains and made sure everything was OK before leaving.
