I had a real plumbing emergency. I called Royal Plumber Signal Hill and they were able to send someone right away. The plumber was able to handle the problem with no issues on my end. They were reasonably priced, completed the service in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards!

Complete scam of a business. Paid to have a toy removed, plumber never removed it but got the toilet to flush, now 9months later the toy is once again completely clogging the drain and they are charging much more money to actually remove it this time. When I complained they made up a story about a second toy and called the plumber at my house to tell him to tell my wife and landlord that it was a 2nd toy aswell. They also left my restroom a complete mess and didnt clean a single thing after. Will never use or recommend this garbage company to anyone

They came out the next day which I appreciated. They had a very expensive option which I did not want to do so he came up with a plan B that was not guaranteed but he worked the drain for two hours until he could clear it which saved me about $500. I really appreciate the effort and the honesty of doing the less expensive job until it worked. And my drain is working great through the rains. I will definitely call him for the next plumbing job I have.

Was having a terrible time getting someone out to change an oven gas valve and trouble shoot my wall furnace. Mr. Frank had no problem doing the work, worked with my schedule, and was there at the appointed time. He was able to get my problems repaired, is very knowledgeable, and charged a fair price.
