Best Jet Drain Cleaning in Long Beach CA

We've worked with this company many times both for our own home and have also referred them to clients. I highly recommend them as they are honest, reliable, and their prices are fair.

I have had a leak underground for over a month that G.M. plumbing charged over 6k to locate. They have come out to the property and left multiple holes and have made zero repairs. Today I received a quote for an additional $4,500 to keep looking. If you want to be out over 10k for a plumber that might be able to help you find a leak then these are your guys. What an incredible waste of time and money.

Called at 8:15pm on a Monday night due to a hot water heater leak, they were here within 45 minutes, and within 20 minutes had everything repaired!

GREAT COMPANY. Phillip was personable and quoted a price below 3 other plumbing companies. We had our whole house repiped and they completed the job in 2 days! The crew was pleasant and the work was high quality.

The owner of the company did reach out to me after this review and refunded my money. Due to this effort, giving 3 star review.

This is an unethical business. AVOID at all costs. I called them out to unclog a backed up riser/mainline at my home. They came out and informed me the service would cost $250. For some reason they did not attempt to rooter the clog from inside the house but instead decided the only option was the toilet vent on the roof of the house. The plumber tried that for a bit and then gave up (his mistake for making it way harder on himself by not starting inside the house). He then proceeded to attempt to upsell me on what he deemed to be the next necessary step, $700 for hydro jetting the main line. This was the point at which I told him I wanted to seek a 2nd opinion. He proceeded to collect his tools and then told me he needs to collect a $170 fee for the unclogging attempt (which was not disclosed at the onset of service). So, I was left with a clog and a $170 bill!

I then called Ready Fast Rooter, who arrived in a timely manner, explained all my options and what the fees are (doesn't charge if he cannot unclog the drain). He decided to start by rootering the shower drain and had the clog removed within 15 minutes. He felt there still might be some obstruction, so he rammed whatever remained with 5 gallon buckets of water directly down the drain. You could tell he approaches each job as if it's his own home. For all that I only paid $75 and he warrantied the work for 30 days.

In summary, AVOID A-QUICK ROOTER & PLUMBING OC.

I had a real plumbing emergency. I called Royal Plumber Signal Hill and they were able to send someone right away. The plumber was able to handle the problem with no issues on my end. They were reasonably priced, completed the service in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards!

Adan arrived on time, and set right to work. He and his assistant were efficient, and communicated clearly the problem and the solution. I would definitely use Adan and Beach Plumbing again.

I had a wonderful experience with this guys! Work ethic they provided me was great and all my plumbing is working efficiently and properly! Just stoped by to drop payment! Great job Guys.

I will not use their services in the future nor do I recommend them to others.

I called Sal's yesterday to request that my storm drain be hydrojetted again. They offered to do the work the following day (today) however, they quoted a 50% higher fee than last time which was actually less than 2 years ago (3/9/2020). Given that this is a repeat job and is ridiculously easy I was disappointed that the service cost had risen by 50% to $750.

They arrived on time at 12 noon and had the proper equipment however, when I was discussing cleaning 2 very short (<25 ft) drain runs in the back, Nick the supervisor quoted me $1200 for the job!! An additional $450 above the already 50% higher charge for the main storm drain cleaning. His attitude was poor at best - telling me You can get other quotes knowing full well that his quote was ridiculous and capricious. I told him that I would skip cleaning the 2 additional short runs and then he told me that he was no longer interested in doing any work!! I said that I was willing to pay the $750 for the main drains as quoted by the office and after a moment he reconsidered and decided to do the primary job for which I had requested service.

After they filled the hydrojet water tank from my hose (which took 20 minutes) they proceeded to the alley to clean the main storm drains. Nick divided his attention from watching the World Cup soccer matches on his phone, running the hydroket machine and directing his 2 helpers.

The machine ran out of water before the 2nd storm drain had been completely cleaned and Nick declared that it was good enough. The time was about 1:10 pm - 70 minutes after they arrived.

He returned to my house, ran water from my hose down one drain and confirmed that water was running out of the storm drain with one of his helpers. The drains were never fully clogged - so hose water ran through without trouble before the cleaning and proved little after the cleaning.

He then presented the bill and I paid it.

That was $750 for exactly 40 minutes of actual work which translates to a rate of $1125/hr!! I understand inflation but this was usury and inconsiderate given the simplicity of the job that he had performed less than 2 years ago.

To say that I was disappointed would be an understatement. I called his company again for repeat business given the good experience I had with Nick for the last cleaning. Now, I felt disrespected and abused. Today, I had little choice but to allow him to perform the service when they arrived since it had already been scheduled and it was due to rain tomorrow. I had not expected to be made to feel like I was bothering him and interrupting his ability to watch the world cup.

On my review for their service on 3/9/2020 I rated Sal's 5 stars and applauded their professionalism and service. Nick did the previous job but today he was gruff and it was not the same effort or professionalism that I experienced the first time and I was left to feel taken advantage of and abused.

I will not call them again for service nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

I have used Ernesto a two different homes and I have always been happy with his work. Professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Very responsive to calls. I used him for big jobs like pipes and Drains, water heaters, tankless and other things and other minor jobs and always felt taken care of. Will continue to use him and refer him for future.
