His work is always on point, he’s extremely knowledgeable in his craft and has a phenomenal referral network. Timothy has not only done repairs at my home several times but also at my business. My most recent situation involved a broken sewage pipe under my house. It was a disgusting mess but Timothy handled everything like a champ and a true professional. What could have turned out to be my worst nightmare, was actually a decent experience despite the messiness of it. Called because i needed some plumbing work and i was asking a question and got hung up on that's ok the drain guy got the job.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Didn't do work according to code so when the city arrived to do additional work they couldn't. Wasted almost 1000 dollars to have someone else come in and do it right. When we called to inquire about it, Nick said I will talk to my supervisor and call you back. Never called back and now won't return any messages. We've left at least 3 requesting someone call us back. If you want good plumbing, I suggest you look elsewhere.
