Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

I can't say enough about Castaneda's Plumbing! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were the first ones to respond when I started a search for a big plumbing job. And I'm glad I didn't look any further. I knew I needed about 40ft of pipe to be repaired from what previous plumbers told me, but I was scared to dig up my home. Initially I contacted this company to see if I could get trenchless repair. They gave me a full inspection, saw that I couldn't have trenchless work done, BUT they gave me all options trying to help me out. These guys are honest!! Their work is solid, they work fast, and they are clean! I couldn't believe how clean they left the workspace everyday. all the workers are polite and kind. And Their pricing is very fair. The owner Jose is responsive to calls and will give you his best and honest recommendation. Joel who managed the big job at my home is excellent--very thorough in his work and always explained everything. What I thought would be a nightmare to dig up my floors, ended up being way better than expected. Thank you Jose and Joel! You guys are the only plumbers I will ever call now. I called Sal's Plumbing with a number of clogs & slow drains. The person I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful and set me up just hours later (Saturday!), and Thomas O. showed up right on time. He quickly diagnosed and took care of all the problems, cleaned up (with his own spray!), and the price was good. He's also friendly and personable and had a lot of good advice re warding off drain problems. I'm thrilled with my new plumbing company and recommend them (and Thomas) highly.

It all started with a clogged toilet. I tried all the normal home remedies for unclogging the drain without chemicals. I finally decided to contact a professional. I called Prodigy Plumbing after reading their reviews on Yelp.. Ozzy arrived on time and attempted to clean out the drain using a snake from the roof vent. After several tries he was not able to get the snake through. Ozzy grabbed his camera and ran it down the vent. Fast forward... it was determined that the the blockage was past the foundation and more than likely tree roots..

Since I didn’t have a clean out drain in my planter it was very difficult if not almost impossible for Ozzy and the crew to fix this. Ozzy exposed the drain line and had to cut it to find the blockage and install the clean out. He pulled out large clumps of hair and roots. We decided to install a clean out and run the hydrajet to clean out. Ozzy, Fernando and Jose worked hard to clean out all roots. These guys are awesome!!

I asked Ozzy about trenchless main drain line repair. Ozzy explained everything and did not pressure me to make the decision. We made the decision to go with the trenchless liner.

The crew will be coming back in the morning to finish the liner. Looking forward to not worrying about blockages fro tree roots anymore.

Our pot filler had a busted interior pipe, Plumbing Squad was able to come in and not only clean up the mess but fix the pipes quickly and efficiently. I recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Was having a terrible time getting someone out to change an oven gas valve and trouble shoot my wall furnace. Mr. Frank had no problem doing the work, worked with my schedule, and was there at the appointed time. He was able to get my problems repaired, is very knowledgeable, and charged a fair price.

Mr. Frank was also friendly, polite, and willing to educate me on some of the problems and processes. I recommend his company.

The plumber, Matthew, showed up on time was extremely courteous and friendly. Put his mask on as he got out of the vehicle. That made me feel safe. Listened and evaluated my description of the issues and then did his own on-site manual testing. He indicated some things I thought needed to be done weren't necessary, thus saving me money. The work he did do was fantastic. I could hear the water right clearly, from cligged shower drains, and he also pointed out an external valve issue I had not noticed. He was quick, explained everything thing in the repairs regarding costs and other potential issues. I really liked him also. He was very impressive as a technician. Plus he was willing to learn when I showed him the new company flyer, which he had seen. Great representative for the company. I will definitely call them back. AAAAA+++++ work and service

Had to have my kitchen sink rebuilt and new faucets added. Called Neighborhood Plumbing and they took care of the whole thing. Very professional repair and reasonable price too! Highly recommend!
