We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. I have had the privilege of knowing Victor now for over 10 years and he is a man of all trades. He knows what he knows, he is willing to look up better methods if he is not sure about what is best for a certain repair, and he knows what he doesn’t know and when to refer you elsewhere if needed.
He has flexibility in his work schedule to accommodate his clients. He shows up on time and does the work within the expected hours so cost is reasonable and fair. I had Thomas come out to fix a slow sink drain in our bathroom. He was early! Thomas fixed the drain and offered suggestions on future (and necessary) repairs. I appreciated his quick response and honest appraisal of the work required and completed.

I had a small leak out of my shower head ... LBP sent out a tech who did not know what he was doing... he ended up making my tiny leak worst and was not able to fix it... they sent out a 2nd tech who was also unable to fix the problem... both techs left my house with a larger flow leaking out of my shower ....and it was now Hot Water that was flowing from my shower head.... I was contacted by the office guy Gerrard ... who decided to tell me that my bill is now going to be 5-600$ because the valve broke when there tech who’s only been a plumber for 5 mos. & didn’t know what he was doing broke my valve... during the conversation with Gerard he decided to hang up on me and tell me I’m going to have to call another plumber ... mind you after they came to my house & made the problem worst... Thankfully the owner caught wind of what was happening .... & he took it upon his self to contact me and came that night to fix my leak.... the leak was fixed by the owner although my water pressure coming out of the shower head is not as good as it was ... he did fix the problem and still charged the full amount 165$.. if the owner was able to fix the problem after all the mess ups by there techs... if they just had sent out a competent technician ....chances are we could have avoided all this...Thank you to the owner for making things almost right

Alex Perez was on scheduled time, friendly, polite and kind. Respectful when entering my home. And the quality of work that he performed in my bathroom and water pipe in front of my house was 100%.he took before/after pictures annd showed me what the problem was and what did to fix it, And he also clean after himself.
