Best All Commercial Plumbing in Long Beach CA

Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

The owner of the company did reach out to me after this review and refunded my money. Due to this effort, giving 3 star review.

This is an unethical business. AVOID at all costs. I called them out to unclog a backed up riser/mainline at my home. They came out and informed me the service would cost $250. For some reason they did not attempt to rooter the clog from inside the house but instead decided the only option was the toilet vent on the roof of the house. The plumber tried that for a bit and then gave up (his mistake for making it way harder on himself by not starting inside the house). He then proceeded to attempt to upsell me on what he deemed to be the next necessary step, $700 for hydro jetting the main line. This was the point at which I told him I wanted to seek a 2nd opinion. He proceeded to collect his tools and then told me he needs to collect a $170 fee for the unclogging attempt (which was not disclosed at the onset of service). So, I was left with a clog and a $170 bill!

I then called Ready Fast Rooter, who arrived in a timely manner, explained all my options and what the fees are (doesn't charge if he cannot unclog the drain). He decided to start by rootering the shower drain and had the clog removed within 15 minutes. He felt there still might be some obstruction, so he rammed whatever remained with 5 gallon buckets of water directly down the drain. You could tell he approaches each job as if it's his own home. For all that I only paid $75 and he warrantied the work for 30 days.

In summary, AVOID A-QUICK ROOTER & PLUMBING OC.

I had a real plumbing emergency. I called Royal Plumber Signal Hill and they were able to send someone right away. The plumber was able to handle the problem with no issues on my end. They were reasonably priced, completed the service in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards!

Castaneda's Plumbing is the best actual plumber who resolved our block drainage issue with ease and at an affordable price. I've had 3 other plumbing services who tried to upsell me their overpriced services and not fixing the problem. They are my goto plumbing service for now on and will be telling my neighbors about them!

We called for service at around 10, and Mike had everything running smooth before 1.

Ernesto and his team were great! He came and gave me the estimate and was able to replace my new toilet right away. He even offered great toilet recommendations. They are on time, great communication and very friendly. They also do electrical so I am having them back to look over some issues we are having. :) I would highly recommend them!

They were Awesome! Galan & Tony took such great care of us! Galan helped us understand how bad are piping from the bathroom truly was. We just thought it was a tough clog, but this house was built in the 50s and the pipes would have done great damage if it wasn’t for them. Company representative provided an excellent service in a timely manner at a very affordable price. Customer service was exceptional as it felt like a family owned business doing business with family. I would certainly recommend them to any of my family. So excited to find an honest plumber!!

Great service

A technician got to me pretty fast. I was able to ask for an estimate on some issues I had, they sent someone out the same day and was able to do the work the next day. They were efficient and the work was clean. The price they quoted me compared to other companies was definitely better and in my budget! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done!

Mike and his team were amazing. They quickly responded to my call about my leaking water heater on a Friday night, showed up 9am the next day, and had a new one up and running within two hours. He was upfront with the costs and even had us send him photos so he could give recommendations and transparent advice over the phone before we had confirmed we were moving forward with him. Mike also ensured that he secured the permits we needed from the city and provided consistent updates throughout the entire process.
