Tony was very professional. He was able to fix our clogged drain, and we are very happy with the service. I am an operations manager for an AV and electrical contractor, employees like Tony are hard to come by. Not only good at his trade, but a clear and pleasant communicator.

I thought the gentleman that came to me home was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing, I was also pleased that he came earlier and I was able to get to work on time. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors

Alpha came out the next morning for a low priority call. Brian installed frost-free bibs for our outside spigots, as well as a quiet check valve for the basement ejector pump. All happened quickly, cleanly, professionally. I also had questions about how an old grey water well worked - it’s new to me so getting an experienced eye and opinion on it helped. And the prices are right about where I’d expect them to be.

The first time we used Stilwell Plumbinging they were great. They really help us out. This time however it was the total opposite. We now have been without hot water for over a week. The plumber was supposed to come out between 2 and 6 PM. At 6:45 pm I was out playing with my kids in the back yard when the plumber walks up to my fence and asks me why I didn't answer the front door. He never called to say he was running late never apologized for being late but was annoyed that I didn't answer the front door when he finally showed up.

I showed him the proble and he took a few pictures and said he needed to order a part. I asked how long that would take and he said they would have it the next day.

The next day my wife and I called a total of six times to try and see if the part had come in and to schedule a time for them to come out. Calling six times may seem excessive but everytime we called we literally got a different reason why the part was not in yet. The final time I called the woman told me they were having trouble finding the part we needed. She said it was hard to find parts for a tankless water heater. That took me back because I dont have a tankless water heater. To told her this and then she said oh right we ordered your part this morning and they dont have same day delivery. When I asked why we were told, by the plumber, that the part would have been in the next day she told me they shouldn't have said that. I also asked her why she didn't tell my wife or me this earlier today. She said she had gotten our claim mixed up with another claim.

I'm not a business man in any shape or form and I understand that businesses have bad days but reading the other reviews there seems to be common trends with the lower ratings.
