Called for a replacement sump pump on Monday morning and got an appointment for Wednesday. But Spiro called back Monday afternoon and said they’d finished a job early - would I like them to come by today? In short, they replaced the sump pump that day and I couldn’t be happier. I will be calling Empire for any further plumbing needs. 👏👏

I cannot say enough good things about this company. When we needed our sewer line repaired we contacted them for a second estimate. Unlike the first company we contacted, they took the time to reassess and confirm the damage (a leak detection company had already determined there were cracks in the pipe). Prime Plumbing's estimate (and final cost) was 75% of the estimate from the first company and included repair of our concrete driveway, which the other company specifically excluded. After we accepted Prime Plumbing's proposal they were able to complete the pipe repair and indoor clean-up in one day (the other company estimated 2 days) and the necessary driveway repair within a week. When we needed some help with documentation for our property insurance they provided just what we needed to help us get maximum coverage (which was lousy but that is another story). Subsequently we contacted them when our toilet wouldn't flush. Turned out that our ejector pump was full because the gfi tripped. The plumber determined there were no other apparent issues, wished us a good day and no charge.Every single person we dealt with was knowledgeable, polite and friendly (from staff on the phone through all plumbers and their crew). Price is reasonable and fair. Work is high quality (even the driveway concrete repair was graded better than it was before)! Highly recommend.

The people at Zoom Drain are the greatest. They are nothing, but class act. They did exactly what I needed in a quick and clean manner. I would recommend them to anyone having a problem with plumbing.

I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.
