Mr Lee and all the workers with him always presented themselves professionally. They kept us inform either by text messages or when on the job of all the work needed to be done. So we knew exactly what to expect. They were always arrived at the time they stated as arrival. They stayed & did not leave until the work was completed. I was most satisfied with their work & would recommend them to others.

Employees were pleasant , informative and considerate.

The gentleman that showed up was nice enough but the quote was outrageous and the supervisor was horrible. He couldn't even tell me what their labor rate was. Will not ever use.

I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I'm writing this review so late.

As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.

Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.

I would highly recommend this company. The owner of this company is an excellent and a reasonable person to work with to bring the cost to its minimum price unlike all other similar companies I've tried. He is personally involved with the project and also supervises all the details of the work. He turley cares about the quality and efficiency of his work. He and his son and other employees make sure you get the best quality of work for the reasonable price you paid!!!

5/7/23 Ira, was sent from Heaven. He explained everything to me as far as replacing my gas water heater and everything that needed to be brought up for the right codes for final inspection of the replacement of the gas water heater, but the whole time I was thinking I wish this water heater was electric and not gas. As he was explaining everything to me,I kept saying I do not like gas. As we were going over the pricing of everything for the replacement, of the gas water heater, he said, you know you could change the gas water heater to electric and you wouldn't have to go through all of the things to replace the gas water heater, so I'm getting a electric water heater. That's why I said in the beginning that he was sent from Heaven. He knew I didn't like anything gas and he made an another suggestion that made me so happy😀 thanks Ira you were really sent from Heaven. 6/2/23 Ira installed my new electric water heater he explained everything that I need to know about my new water heater. He is truly an amazing person. Thanks Ira
