If I could give this company and David, the plumber that came out to install my water heater, 10 stars I would. These days it’s hard to find good/great customer service, and from start to finish this was a wonderful experience, given I had to replace my water heater, on a Saturday. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant, sympathized with my emergency. They arrived at my home in a matter of a few hours, and finished the job in an efficient way. David explained everything, did not leave a mess behind. Thank you very much for making a stressful situation more than tolerable.!

I had to replace my kitchen plumbing. I called several plumbers and in the end chose Millennium. Of all the calls I made Millennium responded quickly. Ron checked and then explained the problem. Ron then gave me an Itemized estimate showing exactly what would be done and what the cost would be. The plumber John arrived when expected completing the job in a clean and professional manner. We would definitely recommend Empire plumbing and heating. Spiro inspected every plumbing area in my home to see why the water pressure was low. Spiro installed a water pressure booster pump in our basement since we are unable to have all my pipes replace at this time

He is very pleasant and always kept us aware of any work he was doing. My husband and I would diffently call Empire again for any plumbing work. We are very please with the work Spiro has given us. God bless him.
