Extremely fast service, responding to our drain emergency. The service was excellent, but the cost was exorbitant. I paid it because it was an emergency, it was a holiday, and Roto-Rooter fixed it quickly and professionally. I am a satisfied customer.

I’ve used Roto-Rooter for years whenever I’ve had a plumbing issue, big or small. They are always friendly and professional and they never leave a mess. The price has always been reasonable and when they’re done your problem is fixed. In this case we had a clogged drain in a very old pipe that was sure to break if I tried to take it apart myself. Our plumber Charley Rogers replaced the old pipe with brand new PVC and unclogged the drain. He explained everything and was finished in no time. When he was done the area where he was working was just as clean as before he got here. Before he left Charley gave us some good advice on how to keep our drains from clogging in the future. I highly recommend Charley and Roto-Rooter if you need a plumber.
