Best Residential Cooling in Baltimore MD

I discovered late one night that my indoor HVAC was leaking water. I called around to a few different companies and horizon was the only one I could get to come out (others quoted me weeks out!) They had a great answering service that took my information after hours so I could rest easy knowing it would be taken care of. The technician Michael showed up the very next day and fixed everything, as well as installed an extra safety measure to avoid this in the future! Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. I will definitely think of Horizon FIRST should any future issues arise!

I was very impressed with our experience with this company. My thermostat went out during a spell of very cold weather (the Polar Vortex) and they had someone out within an hour or so of my call. He never suggested anything unnecessary and, in fact, only charged me the flat rate for coming out - even though he fixed the short in my thermostat and I drug him all over the house getting quotes on other issues. He was polite and professional and even smiled and talked to my kids. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in the Greater Baltimore area.

Technician was at my home for less than an hour and I was billed for an hour and 30 minutes. Call the owner in the morning. Going to get a second estimate as well. Very pricey.

Replacing your entire HVAC system is never fun, A.J Michaels service, installation, and the overall experience was relatively painless. They were not the most expensive and were not the cheapest but they were the best. Polite, Professional, ON-Time - cleaned up after themselves - and delivered what they promised

They did a great job explaining things to me and answering my question. Very pleasant. Cleaned up after their job very well. Did a great job and I would use them again. Office people were very nice.
