Amazing, amazingly thorough and pleasant! Nick looked through everything as much as possible before leaving. Fortunately the draino we used prior to their arrival cleared things out for our tenant, but they made sure all possibilities of backups in the system were checked out. Because they didn’t find anything, they even gave us the full visit at no charge. Amazing service.

My experience was so/so. My tech was very respectful, nice and professional. What threw me of was the price to snake a bath tub clog, $750 when I've had it priced at 300$ from other companies but the other one was not able to fix the problem like roto rooter did. The tech did break the tub sewer pipe snaking it and had to replace the piping which cost me and extra $150.I'm happy that the problem seems to fixed and that my tech was nice but the price was outrageous.
