The water remediation specialist (Jason Nelson) came within an hour of me calling, answered all my questions and explained in detail what will take place. His 2-men crew arrived shortly thereafter and expeditiously proceeded to pump water out of my basement. A little before that, the plumber (BT - #1079) came and in no time replaced my sump pump.Everyone was very nice, careful and considerate.

Selling our house and buyers requested some minor exterior repairs to roof & window trim based on inspection. After the two handymen our real estate agent recommended did not return my calls, we called Karlon when his truck was in the neighborhood.
