This company was fabulous. Came within an hour of my call. Mr Sawng Pi was courteous, efficient, and very careful. He also took the time to explain everything to me so I could avoid future problems.

A child in my daycare clogged the toilet with a wood toy. Technician Maung # 4811 came in explained every option before he started- which was great because I got to choose what was more cost effective. To make a lone story short, he pulled a few tricks so I wouldn’t have to replace the whole toilet, I stayed within my budget! That’s a winning!

The plumber should have seen that the replacement part for the kitchen faucet did not work. The old handle which was functioning was thrown out, so now I have a horrible faucet in my kitchen. NOW I have to go out and buy a new faucet and have it installed. It should have been simple. I don’t believe the plumber was honest with me. While the company will refund my money, I’m still out the cost of a new faucet AND the labor.. I will never use roto rooter ever.
